John C. (Ian) Goudie - Chairman (Non-executive)
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Geology from Aberdeen University in Scotland and a Masters of Science in Exploration & Mining Geology from Townsville University in Queensland
Experience:
Appointed Executive Chairman on 24 June 2004 and became Non-Executive Chairman on 29 August, 2005. A Fellow of the Aus.I.M.M with 33 years’ experience working in exploration, mining and senior executive roles, including that of Chief Executive Officer of Nuigini Mining Limited. During a varied professional career, Mr Goudie completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a past President of the Victorian Minerals and Energy Council.
Robert (Rob) H. R. Adamson - Non-executive Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering, University of Western Australia, Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Agriculture , Melbourne University and Master of Business Administration, Australian Graduate School of Management.
Experience:
Rob is Managing Director of RFC Group Limited and has over 22 years of professional experience including 17 years in investment banking to the resources sector with RFC Group Limited and four years in mining.

Peter L. McCarthy – Non-executive Director
Qualifications:
CPEng, BSc (Eng), MGeosc, FAusIMM, MIEAust, MAIME MAICD is a mining engineer with over 35 years experience in the mining industry.
Experience:
Appointed on July 7, 2006, Peter’s wide ranging mining industry experience includes management of mining contractors and the management of several feasibility studies for successful gold and base metal projects over the past two decades. His other directorships include Non-executive Chairman of Bendigo Mining Limited, Managing Director of AMC Consultants Pty Ltd, a prominent mining consultancy group and The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, of which he is President-elect for 2007. He is a past member of the JORC Committee and a past director of the Australian Gold Council.

Gary F. P. Scanlan - Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications:
Admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1976
Experience:
Over 20 years in the mining industry preceded by 10 years with Price Waterhouse & Co where there was significant focus on the resources sector. Worked for Newmont/Newcrest Mining Limited, 1984 – 2002, the last 8 years of` which as EGM-Finance. Responsibilities included executive management, all aspects of mining finance, project evaluation, establishment of off -shore exploration activities and investor relations. Worked for Metals Exploration before joining the Australian subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation..
Senior Management
John W. Jennings - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Qualifications:
Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Chartered Institute of Secretaries in Australia.
Experience:
Over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, management, company secretarial and business consulting roles in a range of industries, including mining and base metals. John has previously held a similar role with another publicly listed company. A significant part of his career was with the Elders IXL Limited Group, including several years in the United Kingdom. John was born and educated in Bendigo and has considerable knowledge of the region.
Wessley B. Edgar - Exploration Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science with Honours in Geology from Monash University, Melbourne and a Masters of Minerals Economics from Curtin University, Perth.
Experience:
A Member of the Aus.I.M.M. and The Society of Economic Geologists, with over 15 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Australia and Europe. Wessley has worked mainly in gold mining and exploration with periods in base metals exploration and tin mining. As Senior Geologist with Goldfields Limited he managed the drill out and resource estimation of the >1Moz Raleigh gold deposit in the Kundana mine camp. He has held roles with Placer Dome as Regional Team Leader within the Kalgoorlie Strategic Development Group and as Senior Kalgoorlie Generative Geologist. Most recently, he was Exploration Manager for Iberian Resources Limited defining additional gold discoveries of >250,000ozs in the company’s first 9 months.
Brian W. Cuffley - Senior Consulting Geologist
Qualifications:
Diploma of Geology from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (1968), Grad Dip Environmental Management Latrobe University Melbourne (1993).
Experience:
Member of the Aus.I.M.M., the Geological Society of Australia, the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. Brian has over 35 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Australia and overseas with BHP, US Steel, WMC and as a Consultant to a number of groups. Over the past 15 years he has
specialized in gold exploration & mining in central Victoria.
Drew D. Henry - Principal Geological Consultant
Qualifications:
B Sc (Geology), Fellow of the A.I.M.M.
Experience:
Drew has over 35 years experience in exploration, project development and project evaluation internationally, especially in the Asia Pacific region. He has held positions with a number of major mining houses, including MIM Holdings Ltd, Placer Pacific Ltd, and Newcrest Mining Ltd, prior to commencing his own
consultancy.
